The Shore Club Private Collection reimagines a legendary South Beach address as 49 oceanfront residences across three acres, developed by Witkoff with Auberge Collection. It is the first oceanfront project by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, comprising a new tower, the restored Art Deco Cromwell House, and a beach house, with the service of an on-site Auberge hotel.
