What is Park Grove?

The three towers
- One Park Grove: the tallest of the three, with full-floor and half-floor residences and the widest bay views.
- Two Park Grove: intimately scaled homes wrapped in terraces, set into the gardens.
- Club Residences: boutique homes above the amenity level, closest to the waterfront promenade.

Park Grove’s design pedigree and waterfront position have helped it hold value, but resale is its own game. Pricing between similar units can vary widely, and the right read on comparables is what protects you.
