Una Residences is a 47-story sculptural tower on the Brickell waterfront, its yacht-inspired curves framing uninterrupted views of Biscayne Bay and Key Biscayne. Delivered in 2026 and more than ninety percent sold, with a limited number of homes remaining. Here is what to know.
What is Una Residences?
Located at 175 SE 25th Road, Una is by OKO Group and Cain International, designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill, the architects behind the world’s tallest building. See the full overview on my Una Residences page.

Amenities
Una lives like a resort on the water, with a private marina and boat slips, bayfront pools and sun terraces, a spa, sauna, and fitness center, a residents-only restaurant and lounge, a children’s club and family amenities, 24-hour concierge, valet, and security, and curated landscape to the water.
Is it a good buy? What buyers should know
Una is nearly sold out, so inventory is scarce and the remaining homes move quickly. That can support value, but it also means you need someone reading the comparables and contract for you, not the sales desk. Independent representation protects you, and it is worth weighing Una against St. Regis Residences and 1428 Brickell.
