What is Five Park Miami Beach?
Located at 500 Alton Road, Five Park was developed by Terra and GFO. Arquitectonica designed the tower, with interiors by Gabellini Sheppard. Prices and floor plans
Floor plans run from efficient Park Residences to combined-floor penthouses. Current guidance:
- Park Residences: from $1.2M, efficient layouts over the three-acre Canopy Park.
- Two to four bedroom: from $5.8M, wide bayfront residences with private elevator entries and terraces.
- Penthouses: to $16.5M and above, combined-floor homes with panoramic ocean and bay views.
